We had the most wonderful stay at Cheerio and our hosts, Alf and Carol were so good to us. It is the most beautiful place to visit especially during the Festival in September. We had all the comforts needed and I can truly recommend a trip to their Lodge. We did not want to go home!!!

Although the booking was done at short notice, everything was in order at our arrival. The evening winter cold was neutralised by a beautiful fire in the fireplace and warm blankets on the beds. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of out of season whilst still enjoying strolls on the lovely hiking trails.
