No Pets Are Allowed.
50% Of Total Accommodation Cost Is Required As A Deposit To Confirm Your Reservation. BALANCE OWING is to be paid at least SEVEN (7) days BEFORE arrival via EFT or card option. Payment In Full In Advance Is Required For One Night Reservations. If arrival is only THREE (3) days away, then FULL PAYMENT IS DUE.
Booking In Is After 14.00 And Chalets Are To Be Vacated By 10.00.
Alternate Times Will Gladly Be Accommodated Where Possible.
Chalets Are Serviced Daily except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Adventure Activities Can Be Arranged With Associate Company.

Cancellation Policy
In All Instances, Irrespective Of The Number Of Days Before Arrival, A Refund Will Be Made If Alternative Clients Are Obtained For The Cancelled Accommodation
0 -10 Days Before Arrival – No Refund Of Deposit
11- 21 Days Before Arrival – 25% Of Deposit Less Costs Will Be Refunded
22 -31 Days Before Arrival – 50% Of Deposit Less Costs Will Be Refunded
32- 41 Days Before Arrival – 75% Of Deposit Less Costs Will Be Refunded
42 Days Or More – Full Deposit Less Costs Will Be Refunded
